Free Landscape Design
Jesse's Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping will provide a free detailed landscape design for any area up to 2,500 sq. ft., providing you are planning on hiring a contractor to install the landscape. Jesse's Lawn Maintenance will create a design and present it to you, free of charge, along with a detailed estimate for the job. Jesse's Lawn Maintenance will retain the design until construction begins. If you hire us to perform the installation, the design is yours to keep (a $300-$500 value) and you will not be charged any design fees.

If you will allow us to place a sign in your yard for 2 weeks after we install a new landscape, you will get $50 off your total bill as long as your overall job is more than $1000.

5% Pre-Pay Discount
While most customers pay month to month, some prefer to pay for the entire year in advance. This is an option we have. We currently have several customers who do this every year. If you are interested in this option, you will receive a 5% discount for pre-payment.
Standard Lawn Care Package
We provide the following seasonal landscape maintenance package.
We also have a full service package available.
 During the regular season (Mid March to Mid November) you get:
- Weekly lawn mowing
- Weekly blowing
- Weekly edging/weed eating
Full Service Lawn Care Package
Our full service package is designed to take care of the entire landscape for 12 months. This package includes everything in our standard package plus:
- Weed control in flower beds
- Weed control inside lawn area
- Winterization of sprinkler system
- One time leaf raking in the fall
- 4 Fertilization applications
